Order processing time
We offer free delivery on each piece via insured courier to Europe only. Every shipment is fully insured and tracked, and the package is carefully prepared to protect the piece from Warsaw to your door.
Parcels are individually entered into the InPost and DHL systems immediately after preparation — therefore the customer receives an automatic notification (SMS or e-mail) with the tracking number.
Here at Artera every effort is made to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible.
